I am originally from the Washington, DC (metro) area and happily reside in East Nashville, TN. In my younger days, I spent significant time abroad in France, prior to attending the College of William & Mary, and in London, post-graduation. At the tender age of 26, I discovered a love of working with my hands and started making jewelry at home using vintage materials and selling my designs on etsy and at local craft shows. Less than one year later, I was taking metalsmithing classes at the Corcoran College of Art + Design in DC. I continue to study today at Sarratt Art Studios in Nashville. I launched my first line of original jewelry in the spring of 2011 and my second collection the following fall. My sterling silver and brass jewelry is modern and inventive, with a focus on line and form.
